Lanson Place Parliament Gardens Melbourne is seeking a Hotel Services Manager to lead guest experience and events. You will supervise hotel services across guest amenities, lobby, VIP experiences, conferences and functions, ensuring warm, attentive service.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will coordinate cross‑department activity, prepare rosters, train teams, and respond to guest concerns while maintaining safety and high presentation standards during evenings, weekends and

Competenze

• Supervising hotel/hospitality teams with focus on guest service.
• Experience coordinating conferences, functions or events across departments.
• Strong rostering, duties allocation and training abilities.
• Clear communication and calm issue resolution.
• Availability for rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
• Relevant hospitality qualification or 3+ years related experience.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily service delivery, allocate duties and brief teams on guest needs and event requirements.
• Coordinate guest amenities, VIP arrangements, arrival/departure assistance and special requests.
• Oversee conferences, meetings and functions, including setup, staffing, F&B service and pack-down.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering and Sales & Events to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare rosters, check attendance records and coordinate agency staffing within budgets.
• Coach and train team members, monitor standards and resolve guest concerns.
• Undertake rostered Manager on Duty shifts and respond to incidents within delegated authority.
• Maintain safe working practices and identify service improvements.
