Lanson Place Parliament Gardens Melbourne, located near Parliament Station, is seeking an enthusiastic Housekeeping Supervisor. This hands-on role oversees the housekeeping team to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and organization, while providing on-the-ground support and training.

You will supervise operations, ensure safety and brand standards, and collaborate with maintenance and front desk to address guest concerns, ultimately contributing to a seamless guest experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Lanson Place Parliament Gardens Melbourne, conveniently located near Parliament Station. This position will play a key role in overseeing our housekeeping team, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization, and supporting the team. This role reports to the Executive Housekeeping Manager.

This is a very hands-on role that is highly operational, providing hands-on support to the team on the ground while ensuring training, supervision, and quality standards are met. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will actively contribute to the seamless operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring our guests experience the highest level of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.

Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high cleaning standards across guest rooms and common areas.

Step in to assist the team during busy periods or provide coverage when necessary.

Monitor daily room assignments and ensure timely completion.
