Avani Living Queen's Wharf Residences – Operations Manager at Minor Hotels requires a hands-on leader to run daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance. You will coach teams, balance guest service excellence with strong commercial outcomes, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

You’ll oversee rosters, peak trading periods, and ensure service standards, brand alignment, and operational targets are achieved while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations with rosters and weekend/evening coverage as required.
• Actively manage guest feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Support brand activations, events, and initiatives to boost engagement and performance.
• Coach and develop teams to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Monitor profitability, budgets, and cost control to maximise revenue.
• Conduct regular financial reviews to support strong owner returns.
