JDA Collective seeks an experienced Hotel/Pub Duty Manager for the General Gordon Hotel in Sydney's inner west. The role requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a track record in high-standard service within a busy hotel venue.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with liquor and gaming regulations while driving events and marketing initiatives to boost guest experience.

Formación

• Minimum two years' experience in food and beverage management in a high calibre hotel venue.
• Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.
• Maintain a high standard of service to all patrons, with compliance to policies and regulations.
• ARCG is a must with Gaming experience preferred.

• Complete all cash reconciliations accurately and timely.
• Proactively supervise staff with clear direction and promote a harmonious team.

Skills and experience

The successful candidatewill have the following:

Proficiency in both food and beverage management in a high calibre hotel venue with minimum two(2) years' experience is essential.

Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.

Maintaina high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies, Liquor Act, Gaming Machines Act and government regulations.

ARCG is a must with Gaming experience preferred.

Ensure smooth running of hotel operations on designated shifts.

Complete all cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.

Proactively supervise all staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that Company standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment.

A candidate with experience in successfully managing events and implementing successful marketing ideas would be looked upon favourably.

Be willing to take responsibility and accountability.

The right candidates must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus, as well as be professionally presented and groomed at all times.

Committed, trustworthy and responsible professionals arewhat we are seeking. The candidates must be flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, public holidays, when rostering demands this.

An Australian National Police Check within the last 3 months.
