Spicers Potts Point, operated by Salter Brothers Hospitality, seeks a Hotel Manager to lead a luxury boutique retreat in Sydney. You will guide a hands-on team, deliver unmatched guest experiences, and drive commercial success while upholding the highest standards of service and presentation.

The role focuses on managing Front Office, Rooms Division, and hotel operations with strong P&L control, aiming to maximise revenue across all departments and elevate the Spicers brand in the Potts Point

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager or Assistant General Manager in luxury/boutique hotels.
• Strong Front Office/Rooms Division understanding.
• Ability to manage P&L, COGS and expenses.
• Business acumen to operate and market the business and maximise revenue across departments.

This is how you’ll know you’re right for this role…

• A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager or Assistant General Manager from a luxury or boutique hotel environment;
• Strong understanding of Front Office, Rooms Division and/ or Hotel operations;
• An affinity for numbers with a strong understanding and ability to manage the P&L, COGS and all business expenses;
• A high level of business acumen. You must understand how to operate and market your own business and maximise revenue across all departments;
• Excellent communication skills, a professional and friendly demeanour and a willingness to tackle every aspect of the business with a hands‑on approach and a positive attitude;
• Passion, energy and enthusiasm and a proven track record of leading, motivating and growing successful and loyal teams.
