Spicers Potts Point, operated by Salter Brothers Hospitality, seeks a Hotel Manager to lead a luxury boutique retreat in Sydney. You will guide a hands-on team, deliver unmatched guest experiences, and drive commercial success while upholding the highest standards of service and presentation.

The role focuses on managing Front Office, Rooms Division, and hotel operations with strong P&L control, aiming to maximise revenue across all departments and elevate the Spicers brand in the Potts Point

Competenze

Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager or Assistant General Manager in luxury/boutique hotels.
Strong Front Office/Rooms Division understanding.
Ability to manage P&L, COGS and expenses.
Business acumen to operate and market the business and maximise revenue across departments.
