Hannah Street Hotel seeks a proactive Full Time Logistics Officer to oversee the smooth movement, storage and distribution of goods within the hotel. You will coordinate deliveries, manage purchasing and support accounts payable activities in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all incoming and outgoing deliveries across the hotel.
• Manage purchasing activities, including ordering and receipting of goods and services.
• Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate invoicing, cost coding and batching of accounts payable documentation.
• Support finance processes through ledger balancing and reconciliation of inventory-related transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records across all hotel departments.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of supplies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all goods are stored safely and in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records relating to inventory movements, costs and purchasing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and minimise waste.
