Hamilton Island Enterprises is seeking a proactive Storeperson for our Warehouse & Logistics team on Hamilton Island. In this full-time role you’ll receive, record, move and deliver goods across the island, ensuring stock accuracy and timely support for guest services and operations.

You’ll hold a current MR Driver’s Licence and a forklift ticket, with at least 1 year of warehouse experience. The role suits hands-on, safety-conscious professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Current MR Driver’s Licence (Essential).
• Valid Forklift Ticket (Essential).
• Minimum 1 year of previous warehouse experience.
• High level of attention to detail and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of OH&S in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, move and deliver stock safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and manage inventory.
• Maintain accurate stock records and respond to internal requests.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Monitor and uphold OH&S practices within the warehouse environment.
• Support regular stocktakes and general warehouse upkeep.
• Communicate effectively with resort departments to ensure timely deliveries.

Your Role

In this hands-on role, you’ll work as part of our warehouse team to ensure goods are received, recorded, moved, and delivered safely and efficiently across the island. From loading and unloading supplies to managing inventory, your day-to-day work will directly support guest satisfaction and resort operations.
