Job summary

Pullman Sydney is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to support daily dishwashing, cleaning and organisation in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. The role requires reliability, attention to food safety, and a proactive team attitude to help chefs during busy service times.

Morning and afternoon shifts are available, with full-time or part-time options. A Food Handler Basics Certificate is essential, and uniform standards include steel-cap boots and black trousers.

Location and shifts: Sydney CBD | 5-Star Hotel | Morning and afternoon shifts available | Full-Time and Part-Time.

Salary -$81,955.00.

What you’ll do

• Operating commercial dishwashers and cleaning crockery, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Keeping kitchen areas clean, hygienic and organised.
• Safely storing clean equipment and preparing items for functions and events.
• Supporting chefs with general kitchen duties.
• Following food safety, chemical handling and workplace safety procedures.

What you’ll bring

Shifts available

• Morning shifts: Start between 6:00am and 8:00am.
