You will manage incidents and service requests, maintain IT systems, and collaborate with senior technical teams to keep services running 24/7.

This role suits a proactive, customer-focused IT professional with 1–4 years' experience, strong Windows/M365 knowledge, Azure AD/Entra ID, and hands-on networking.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years' experience in IT Support or IT Operations.
• Experience in a large multi-site or 24/7 environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, networking basics.
• Experience with Intune-managed devices and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, networking and end-user technology issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows devices, identity management and networking.
• Escalate complex incidents with documentation and handover notes.
• Support user onboarding, offboarding and access management processes.
• Assist with device deployment, configuration and lifecycle management.
• Perform routine monitoring, maintenance and health checks across systems.
