Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality leadership roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitability.
• Solid understanding of revenue management and hotel performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the hotel across all departments.
• Drive revenue performance with Revenue Management to maximise occupancy and RevPAR.
• Own cost control, labour management and departmental expenses to achieve budgeted profitability.
• Analyse financials, identify opportunities and implement initiatives to improve bottom line.
• Foster a Hands-On One Team culture focused on collaboration and guest satisfaction.
• Build and inspire department leaders to achieve outstanding results.
• Ensure exceptional guest engagement and timely resolution of feedback.
• Maintain Wyndham brand standards, safety and operational excellence.
• Act as second-in-command to the General Manager when needed.
