Qualificações

• 1+ years experience in Front Office or Guest Service.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability.
• Great phone manner and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to assist, work autonomously with a team focus.
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay professional under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and working with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Availability to work some evenings.
• Prior PMS experience is a benefit.
