Job summary

ALH Mermaid Waters Hotel on the Gold Coast is seeking a Front Office Attendant to welcome guests and deliver warm, attentive service as the first point of contact. In this fast-paced environment you will manage reception tasks and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

You will also assist with accommodation, bookings and dining operations, while maintaining safety and compliance under Endeavour Group standards. RSA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Must hold a current RSA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests at reception.
• Manage reception emails/phone calls and perform admin tasks quickly.
• Support accommodation, bistro and booking duties as needed.
