Avani Living Queen's Wharf Residences is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Officer to join the Maintenance department on a full-time basis in Brisbane. You will maintain guest rooms, public areas and facilities, with a the preventative maintenance program to ensure peak property performance.

Key duties include supervising external contractors, keeping daily records, and supporting the Maintenance Manager.

Formación

• Hands-on building or property maintenance experience.
• Experience in hotel environments preferred.
• Experience supporting or implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required.
• Assist in the execution of the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal property performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Provide induction and supervision of external contractors as required.
• Maintain accurate daily work records and service schedules.
• Support the Maintenance Manager in managing contractor works and maintenance projects.
