Stamford Grand Adelaide is seeking enthusiastic, service-focused individuals to join our F&B team across Grand Bar, Promenade Restaurant, Banquets and In-Room Dining, offering variety and opportunities to develop skills in hotel hospitality. We welcome applicants who take pride in their work and delivering outstanding service.

Successful applicants must be flexible to a seven-day rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons and evenings, with shifts across all F&B outlets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior Food & Beverage role.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to support and motivate a team.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current RSA certification, as required for the role.

Responsabilités

• Supervising daily F&B operations to ensure efficient service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Leading, coaching and supporting team members to maintain service standards.
• Assisting with staff allocation, briefing and coordination during service.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding professionally to feedback or service issues.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, RSA, WHS and company procedures.
• Supporting stock control, cash handling and other operational duties as required.
