Job summary

C Q Hotels Group in Dysart, Australia seeks a Hands On Hospitality/Hotel Duty Manager to drive customer service and revenue. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will troubleshoot operations, manage shifts, and uphold liquor licensing requirements while supervising staff.

Applicants should have RSA, RSG and RMLV (or willingness to complete RMLV) and experience with staff leadership and gaming machines. Night and weekend work is required; onsite accommodation may be provided.

Qualifications

Job description

Our Country Hotel in Blackwater is seeking an Hands On experienced Hospitality / Hotel Duty Manager to be Hands onand to drive Customer Service and Hotel revenue.

Reporting direct to the Venue Manager on all matters, the successful candidate will be required to Trouble Shoot all areas, Management of Hotel shifts, Uphold and adhere to all Liquor Licence requirements, Serve Customers and Supervise Staff, promote Strategiesacross all Hotel departments.

Successful applicants will have demonstrated -:

• Leadership Skills and GoodCommunication Skills
• Experience in Hotel Operations with the ability to manage Bar, Bottleshop, Gaming & Food facilitates
• Current RSA, RSG and RMLV (or willing to complete RMLV course) & Approved Managers LicenceExperience with Staff Management
