Job summary

Keldan Group is seeking an experienced Hot Work Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations in the Fabrication Shed in Muswellbrook, NSW. The role involves coordinating boilermakers and welders, planning workloads, and driving continuous improvements while upholding a strong safety culture.

You will work closely with the Mechanical Supervisor and Operations Manager to ensure efficient labour management and high performance across projects in mining and heavy fabrication.

Qualifications

• Must have a trade qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of metal fabrication and welding processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.

Due to continued growth, Keldan Group is looking for an experienced Hot Work Supervisor.

Based in the Muswellbrook, NSW, Keldan supply labour and support services onsite and offsite to a number of clients in mining, mechanical & structural maintenance industries throughout NSW.

THE ROLE:

The Hot Work Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and workload of our Fabrication Shed and work alongside the Mechanical Supervisor and Operations Manager to ensure labour and workloads are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising a team of boilermakers and welders
• Planning and scheduling work to meet targets and deadlines
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
