Andaz Gold Coast is seeking a warm Front Office Host - Overnights to join our team. As the heart of guest experience, you’ll welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and respond to requests with confidence while sharing local knowledge of the Gold Coast.

You will read the moment, adapt to lively or calm shifts, coordinate with colleagues to ensure a seamless stay, and contribute to a polished arrival experience for every guest. Must have current working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office, guest services or a similar hospitality role.
• Natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and confidence using hotel systems.
• Calm, organised approach in a fast-moving environment.
• Good local knowledge of the Gold Coast.

Full-Time Front Office Host

Andaz Gold Coast is looking for a warm, intuitive and effortlessly welcoming Front Office Host - Overnights to join our team.

As a Front Office Host, you’ll be at the heart of that experience. You’ll welcome guests into the hotel, create thoughtful arrivals and departures, respond to requests with confidence and share your knowledge of the Gold Coast in a way that feels natural and considered.

You’ll help shape the mood from the moment guests arrive. Some days will be lively and social. Others will be calm and unhurried. You’ll read the moment, trust your instincts and bring your own personality to every interaction.
