Andaz Gold Coast is seeking curious, passionate culinary professionals to join our opening team. You will work across restaurant, bar, events and colleague dining experiences, contributing to a lively, guest-focused kitchen culture.

You will prepare and present dishes to a high standard, support mise en place and kitchen operations, and help manage your section during service while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
• Relevant cookery qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• The ability to remain calm and organised during busy services.
• A collaborative and respectful approach.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• A genuine passion for food, produce and memorable guest experiences.
• MUST ALREADY HAVE WORKING RIGHTS FOR AUSTRALIA.
