Qualifications

• Experience in front office, guest services or a similar hospitality role.
• Natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and confidence using hotel systems.
• Calm, organised approach in a fast-moving environment.
• Good local knowledge or curiosity to share the Gold Coast.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends/holidays.
• Collaborative spirit, positive energy and attention to detail.
• Must have current and ongoing working rights for Australia.
