As the heart of guest interaction, you’ll adapt to the pace, coordinate with hotel colleagues and deliver a polished arrival experience in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office, guest services or a similar hospitality role.
• A natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and confidence using hotel systems.
• A calm, organised approach in a fast-moving environment.
• Good local knowledge, or a genuine curiosity to discover and share the Gold Coast.
