Job summary

Arts Centre Melbourne seeks a Supervisor, Hospitality to lead our Hospitality teams in delivering exceptional service across venues, primarily in Foyer bars. You will receive development and coaching to build your career and contribute to efficient operations and revenue generation.

The role is 38 hours per week with paid overtime when required, a full-time ongoing position (Band 2.2) at $67,440.88 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification in hospitality or an equivalent combination of relevant experience.
• Current RSA Certificate.
• Advanced cocktail knowledge and regional wine knowledge.
• Experience in staffing management.
• Advanced barista skills.
• Experience in the delivery of customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hospitality teams to deliver exceptional service across venues, primarily in Foyer bars.
• Contribute to efficient operation and revenue generation of the outlets.
• Provide high standards of customer service, cleanliness, preparation and reporting.
