Job summary

1 Hotel Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Bar Supervisor to lead the Crane Bar & Lounge team and ensure smooth shifts. You will set service standards, mentor staff and maintain consistent beverage quality in a vibrant, high-energy setting by the Yarra.

The role requires 2+ years of hospitality experience, strong cocktails knowledge and the ability to stay composed during busy periods. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is preferred for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' hospitality experience, ideally in a bar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverages.
• Ability to lead a team with calm judgement during busy service.

Responsibilities

Crane Bar & Lounge is a place for great drinks, good food and people coming together. Set on the ground floor of 1 Hotel Melbourne, it pairs locally inspired cocktails and Australian wines with fresh, seasonal bites in a light-filled space by the Yarra.

We're looking for a hands-on Bar Supervisor to help lead the team and make every shift run smoothly. You'll set the standard on the floor, support and develop team members, and help create the kind of warm, thoughtful service guests remember.
