You will oversee service, staff performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, outdoor theatre precinct environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced barista skills.
• Experience leading a hospitality team in a high-volume cafe.

• Provide high standard customer service and staff mentoring.
