Canberra Southern Cross Club is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead front-line operations across food & beverage and events. You will supervise service teams, coordinate staff in real time, coach on the floor, and ensure shifts run smoothly while upholding RSA and WHS standards and venue presentation.

The role requires supervisory experience in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality or service environment with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to coordinate staff and manage workflow across live operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to Team Leaders and Attendants during shifts.
