Job summary

Frontline Health Brisbane on the Gold Coast is seeking a Hospitality & Resident Experience Manager to lead premium hospitality within a premium retirement community.

You will drive day-to-day operations, manage a team of about 12 staff, lift service standards, and enhance the resident experience while upholding food safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experienced hospitality leader with a track record of premium service delivery.
• Experience in hotel, high-end resort, premium venue, or events preferred.
• Experience with venue turnaround or major hospitality improvements.

• Manage and develop a team of approximately 12 staff.
• Improve service standards and create a genuine premium hospitality experience.

Are you an experienced hospitality leader looking for something different from the traditional hotel or resort environment?

We are recruiting a Hospitality & Resident Experience Manager to join a premium retirement community on the Gold Coast.

The organisation wants to take its hospitality offering to the next level and is looking for someone who has previously improved a venue, lifted service standards, led a relaunch or helped transform the overall customer experience.

Aged care experience is not required.

We are particularly interested in candidates from hotels, high-end resorts, premium venues, events or hospitality operations.

You will be an experienced hospitality leader who understands what premium service looks like and knows how to deliver it consistently.

Ideally, you will have experience within a hotel, high-end resort, premium hospitality venue or events environment.

We are particularly interested in someone who has been involved in a venue turnaround, service overhaul, relaunch, rebrand or major hospitality improvement.
