Job summary

Australian Venue Co. is hiring Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers for the Esplanade Hotel in Queenscliff. We’re seeking hands-on leaders who thrive on the floor, support their team, and keep service running smoothly, even when it gets busy.

You will lead shifts across food and beverage, coach the team to deliver warm, consistent service, resolve guest and team issues with good judgement, and support the Venue Manager to maintain a safe, smoothly operated venue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in hospitality venues.
• Interest in developing people and delivering warm, consistent service.
• Current Victorian RSA certification.
