Australian Venue Co. in Prahran, Victoria is seeking experienced bartenders to join our High St Hotel team. You will welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages across the bar, floor, bistro and events, creating a friendly and energetic atmosphere.

We value hospitality passion, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. RSA certification and Australian working rights are required; weekend/evening availability is essential for front‑of‑house roles.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, bar, restaurant or customer service experience.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
• A positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Someone who enjoys a busy environment and doesn't mind being on their feet.
• Availability across weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• A Victorian RSA is essential for front‑of‑house roles.
• Valid Australian working rights.
