Job summary

Australian Venue Co. operates the Esplanade Hotel in Queenscliff and is seeking hands-on leaders to join as Assistant Venue Managers or Duty Managers on site.

You will lead shifts across food, beverage and daily operations, coaching the team to deliver warm, consistent service while solving guest and team issues with sound judgement. Ideal candidates bring experience from busy hospitality venues, a practical mindset, and a current Victorian RSA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue.
• A practical approach and a genuine interest in developing people.
• Current Victorian RSA.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
