Job summary

Cater Central Pty is actively seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth for hospitality equipment across Perth and Western Australia. You will leverage 2,000+ existing leads and opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, visiting sites, and presenting tailored equipment solutions.

The role combines showroom activity with field-based visits, cross-selling opportunities, and a strong emphasis on achieving KPIs and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality equipment or related B2B sales.
• Strong relationships within the hospitality sector.
• Proven sales, negotiation and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Driver's license required.
• Understanding of gross profit and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across Perth and WA.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Visit customers, identify requirements and present solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate and close sales.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline.
• Cross-sell across product range.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for sales and gross profit.
• Manage territory autonomously.
