ABN Group is recruiting a Reception and Concierge for its Leederville Office in Western Australia on a permanent part-time basis. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will be the first contact for customers, delivering a welcoming, professional experience in a hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities include managing reception, calls, appointments, guest arrivals and maintaining spaces.

• Microsoft Office skills; comfortable handling phone inquiries.
• Availability for full business hours (8-hour shifts) on Thursday and Friday, plus one additional weekday; rotating Saturday every 4–6 weeks.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a warm, professional and customer-focused experience for all visitors and enquiries.
• Manage reception operations, including calls and appointments.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, wayfinding and concierge services across the Retail Centre.
• Maintain presentation standards across reception, meeting rooms and customer spaces.
• Support customer hospitality, meeting room set-up and general guest services.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience.
