Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time receptionist/concierge to join our Perth-based corporate team. You will welcome guests, manage lobby hosting, and coordinate same-day catering, AV and equipment needs to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

The ideal candidate is guest-focused, confident, and capable of building rapport with clients while working well in a team. Prior reception or concierge experience is valued, and a 7-day fortnight roster applies.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who can think on their feet.
• Experience in reception, concierge or room booking preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Be the heart of the workplace and first point of engagement with customers.
• Elevate the guest experience by managing arrivals and lobby hosting.
• Coordinate same-day catering, audio visual and equipment requests.
• Manage workspace and uphold operational standards.
