Job summary

Bolton Clarke Willowdale in Denham Court, Sydney's Southwest, is seeking a dedicated cleaner to contribute to a high-standard, hygienic environment for residents across a 136-bedroom facility.

You will be part of a team that supports residents and families daily, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to infection control practices, and ensuring equipment and rooms are well-kept. The role offers the chance to join a caring not-for-profit organisation with strong support and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Willingness to take direction from others.
• Reliability and shift flexibility.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times.
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors.
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying.
• Cleaning bathroom facilities.
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room.
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required.

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
