Job summary

Bolton Clarke in Lilydale is seeking a dedicated cleaner to support our residents by keeping all areas of the facility clean and well maintained.

You will vacuum, mop, dust and tidy, ensuring a hygienic environment and adherence to infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable.
• Willingness to take direction from others.
• Reliability and shift flexibility.
• Good time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Pre employment checks - complete a National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times.
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors.
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying.
• Cleaning bathroom facilities.
• Attending to residents’ personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents’ room.
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required.
