Bolton Clarke Tantula Rise Home on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a reliable cleaner to join our residential aged care team. You will help keep all areas clean and well maintained, supporting residents with a safe, hygienic environment.

Daily tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom cleaning, restocking trolleys, and following infection control practices, with shifts that suit your schedule.

Formación

• Reliability and flexibility to cover various shifts.
• Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Experience in aged care or hotel services is desirable but not required.

The Role

You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.

Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times

• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying
• Cleaning bathroom facilities
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable
• Willingness to take direction from others
• Reliability and shift flexibility
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Pre employment checks; complete a National Police Check
