Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to staff, patients and visitors.
• Answer and direct calls via switchboard system.
• Greet patients and escort them as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls and transmit messages accurately.
• Give directions per way-finding procedures.
• Book taxis and couriers; arrange Patient Transport bookings.
• Assist with general enquiries.
