Job summary

Cabrini Health is seeking a warm, professional Concierge to join Cabrini Malvern. As the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors, you will create a welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

This fixed-term, part-time role (22.5 hours per week) supports Main Reception and the Customer Services team, helping with directions, luggage, mobility aids, parking, and coordinating taxis, with driving duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional and customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Initiative and problem-solving skills; able to prioritise and manage competing demands.
• Motivated, collaborative and team-focused attitude with willingness to learn.
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures.
• Full Australian Driver’s license; van driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients, visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide directions and assistance to help visitors navigate the hospital.
• Assist patients with luggage, mobility aids and wheelchairs.
• Monitor traffic flow and parking, ensuring spaces for emergency and disabled access.
• Coordinate with Main Reception to monitor taxi and DVA arrivals.
• Provide information and directions to nearby services when required.
• Drive Cabrini vehicles as required to support hospital operations.
