Job summary

Rochester & Elmore District Health Service in Bendigo, Victoria, seeks an experienced Manager, Support Services to lead Maintenance, Food Services, Catering, Cleaning and Laundry operations across REDHS. This full-time, ongoing role focuses on safe, high-quality facilities and supportive environments for patients, residents and staff.

You will oversee workforce planning, contractor management, budgeting and continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, infection prevention practices

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in support services or facilities management.
• Experience managing multiple service lines (maintenance, catering, cleaning, laundry).
• Strong budgeting, contract management and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
