Gladstone Hospital, part of Central Queensland Health, seeks an experienced Operational Services leader to drive performance by monitoring systems, resources and policy compliance to deliver efficient, high‑quality support services.

You will lead staff development, training and recruitment, conduct performance appraisals, and help build a cohesive team of Operational Services Supervisors, while collaborating with the Director Corporate and Support Services to resolve issues and guide change.

• Lead operational performance by monitoring systems, resources and compliance with policies and standards to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Provide strategic advice and collaboration with the Director Corporate and Support Services, building relationships and resolving issues through communication and leadership.
