Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service – Gladstone is seeking a Manager Operational Services to lead critical support functions across catering, housekeeping, ward support, fire safety and security. You will guide performance, staffing, governance and service quality to enable clinical teams to deliver high-quality care in the Gladstone region.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance by monitoring systems, resources and compliance.
• Develop and lead Operational Services Supervisors through training and recruitment.
• Provide strategic advice to the Director Corporate and Support Services and build stakeholder relations.
• Oversee service quality and contracts, monitor performance and drive quality improvement.
