Job summary

I Med is seeking a Site Manager to run daily operations across our Randwick hospital imaging campus, including Neura-MRI and specialist rooms. This leadership role focuses on coordinating a high-performing admin team within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will work closely with radiologists, clinicians, and hospital departments to ensure smooth patient flow, rosters, and front-of-house performance. This role offers a supportive team culture and access to diverse imaging services.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Clear, confident communication.
• Strong organisational ability and system-savvy workflow management.
• Healthcare or radiology experience is a bonus; VISAGE experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive smooth daily operations and patient flow.
• Lead and support a clerical team of up to 15.
• Manage rosters, schedules, and front-of-house performance.
• Oversee financial tasks including daily banking.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external hospital stakeholders.
