Bolton Clarke is seeking a dedicated cleaning attendant for our Moreton Shores residential aged care home in Brisbane’s Bayside Thornlands. You will help maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all areas and support infection control practices to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

You will join a caring team, with shifts that suit personal needs, opportunities for development, and not-for-profit benefits including salary packaging and staff support programs.

Competenze

• Desirable aged care or hotel services experience.
• Willingness to take direction from others.
• Reliability and shift flexibility.
• Good time management under pressure.
• Valid Australian working rights and pre-employment police check.

Mansioni

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying
• Cleaning bathroom facilities
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying
• Cleaning bathroom facilities
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous aged care or hotel services experience (desirable )
• Willingness to take direction from others
• Reliability and shift flexibility
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
• Pre employment checks; including completing a National Police Check
