Job summary

Fluiconnecto Ryco is seeking experienced Hydraulic Hose Technicians to join our team across Central Queensland sites in Blackwater & Emerald. This full-time role offers excellent hourly pay, strong bonus structure, and on-site accommodation, with a 7 days on / 7 days off roster.

You will perform high-quality hose installation, repair, and maintenance for a diverse client base, ensuring safety and service excellence. S11/Coal Board Medical and medical/drug/police checks are required for start.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic hose and fittings.
• Australian driver's license.
• Willing to obtain S11 & Coal Board Medical.
• Broad exposure to service/repair of hydraulic and pneumatic industrial/mobile equipment.
• Reliable, team-focused, with strong communication and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of the principles and processes for delivering excellent customer service.
• Willing to take a Medical, Drugs and Alcohol Test and Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and troubleshooting for customers.
• Repair and replace hydraulic hoses at customer sites.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Attend to customer queries regarding hydraulic hose matters.

Due to more big contract wins in Central QLD, we are currently seeking experienced, hard-working and reliable FIFO/DIDO or Residential Hydraulic Hose Technicians to join our team based at our sites in Blackwater & Emerald.

You will provide high-quality multi-product install, repair and maintenance service to a diverse range of customers. You will get to work on all sorts of mechanical gear, for all sorts of clients in all sorts of places. You will enjoy fixing things along with a desire to provide our customers with an exceptional level of service...if this sounds like your type of role, we would love to hear from you!

Full-time permanent role offering EXCELLENT hourly pay rates $$$, great BONUS commission structure $$$ + accommodation included. This position is working on a 7 days on / 7 days off work shift roster. FREE On-site accommodation is provided to all working employees.

Interviews are available NOW with a view to an immediate start. (Subject to Medical / Police Clearance)

ABOUT YOU

• Have a strong knowledge of, and experience in Hydraulic Hose and Fittings
• Have an Australian Driver's License
• Must possess or be willing to get your S11 & Coal Board Medical
• Broad exposure to service/repair of hydraulic and pneumatic Industrial/Mobile equipment
• Reliable, team-focused, with strong communication skills and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
• Must be willing to take a Medical, Drugs and Alcohol Test and Police Check.
