Job summary
Fluiconnecto Ryco is seeking experienced Hydraulic Hose Technicians to join our team across Central Queensland sites in Blackwater & Emerald. This full-time role offers excellent hourly pay, strong bonus structure, and on-site accommodation, with a 7 days on / 7 days off roster.
You will perform high-quality hose installation, repair, and maintenance for a diverse client base, ensuring safety and service excellence. S11/Coal Board Medical and medical/drug/police checks are required for start.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic hose and fittings.
- Australian driver's license.
- Willing to obtain S11 & Coal Board Medical.
- Broad exposure to service/repair of hydraulic and pneumatic industrial/mobile equipment.
- Reliable, team-focused, with strong communication and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of the principles and processes for delivering excellent customer service.
- Willing to take a Medical, Drugs and Alcohol Test and Police Check.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical service and troubleshooting for customers.
- Repair and replace hydraulic hoses at customer sites.
- Build lasting relationships with customers.
- Attend to customer queries regarding hydraulic hose matters.
- Manufacture hose assemblies as required.
- Maintain van stock and equipment and project a professional image.
