Job summary

BlueCare in Townsville Mt Louisa is seeking a Home Services Officer to join the onsite hospitality team and support dining, cleaning and laundry for residents. This casual role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and welcoming environment.

You will assist with meal prep and service, maintain dining areas, perform cleaning and laundry, and engage with residents with warmth and respect to ensure comfort and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, cleaning or food service environments.
• Ability to deliver person-centred customer service with warmth and respect.
• Strong cleanliness, hygiene and safety practices.

You will be part of the onsite hospitality team delivering high-quality dining, cleaning and laundry services within a safe, welcoming and person-centred environment.
