BlueCare is seeking a Home Services Officer (All-Rounder) at the Lawnton Aged Care Facility in Queensland. You will support residents with meals, cleaning, laundry and other daily services to create a welcoming, safe and comfortable environment.

This role requires experience in hospitality or related service areas, a customer-focused approach, and adherence to food safety and infection control standards. NDIs checks may be required, with training provided.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality, food services, cleaning, laundry or a similar role.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing quality service.
• Understanding of food safety and infection control.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with meal preparation, meal service and dining room support.
• Clean resident rooms and shared areas to a high standard.
• Provide laundry services for resident clothing and linen.
• Support residents with warm, respectful and person-centred service.
• Follow food safety, infection control and hygiene practices.
• Work as part of the hospitality team to deliver quality daily services.
