Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Home Services Officer at Arundel Aged Care Facility to provide dining, cleaning and laundry support with a resident-centred approach.

You will assist with meals, dining setup, and maintain hygiene standards while engaging residents respectfully in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, cleaning, or food services.
• Ability to deliver person-centred customer service with warmth and respect.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; attention to hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and service and ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Set up and maintain dining areas and assist residents during meals.
• Perform cleaning and laundry duties including rooms and linen.
• Engage with residents warmly and maintain a safe, hygienic environment.
• Support daily operations and contribute to smooth service delivery.
