Job summary

BlueCare, Springwood Aged Care Facility, is seeking a Home Services Officer (All-Rounder) to support residents’ wellbeing through meals, cleaning, laundry and diningroom assistance. Casual shifts start early and can run until evening, with penalties and allowances as part of Not-for-Profit packaging.

• Experience in hospitality, food services, cleaning, laundry or a similar role.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing quality service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, service and dining room support.
• Clean resident rooms and shared areas to a high standard.
• Provide laundry services for resident clothing and linen.
• Support residents with warm, respectful, person-centred service.
• Follow food safety, infection control and hygiene practices.
• Work as part of the hospitality team to deliver quality daily services.
