BlueCare’s Nowlanvil Aged Care Facility is seeking a Home Services Lead for a permanent, full-time role in Brisbane. You will lead daily food, cleaning and laundry services, coach a team and ensure safe, high-quality care for residents and families.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of food safety, infection control and service standards in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading teams across kitchen operations, cleaning or laundry.
• Proven coaching, rostering and team culture building capabilities.
• Proactive problem-solving, organisation and continuous improvement mindset.
• Effective communication with residents, families and stakeholders.
