Job summary

BlueCare is seeking an experienced Home Services Lead to direct the delivery of food services, cleaning, and laundry across Nowlanvil Aged Care Facility. You will lead a hands-on team, uphold safety and quality, and drive performance to ensure excellent resident experiences.

You’ll coach staff, oversee rosters, maintain food safety standards, and pursue continuous improvement across services. This role requires strong leadership in a regulated aged-care setting and commitment to high-quality,

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen, cleaning and/or laundry operations in a regulated setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, infection control and service standards.
• Proven leadership including coaching, rostering and team culture.
• Proactive problem-solving, organisation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of food services, cleaning and laundry services.
• Coach, support, and develop your team, building a strong, accountable, and engaged culture.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
• Oversee workflow, rostering, and operational performance.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, infection control, and quality standards.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
